Seoul, Agency. Fire On South Korean Highway: A fire broke out on a major South Korean expressway on Thursday. Due to which at least five people died in this accident. Over three dozen people were injured in the midst of heavy traffic. This information was given by emergency officials and the media.
Videos going viral on social media showed a soundproof tent engulfed in flames shortly after the fire broke out on the Gyeongin Expressway near the capital Seoul at around 1:49 p.m.

A witness told television broadcaster YTN that heavy traffic made it difficult for vehicles to pass through the affected area. The fire spread rapidly and an explosion was also heard there.
Media said the fire appeared to have started after a collision between a bus and a truck. However, a fire official present at the spot said the cause was still being investigated. However, the fire has been brought under control.
An emergency official told that five people have died in this accident. At the same time, 37 people have been injured, out of which the condition of three is said to be more serious.
