What happened on set?

Avinash revealed in a recent interview with ETimes how, in 2013, he filmed his very first action sequence alongside Amitabh Bachchan for the television series Yudh. “My first action sequence in life was featuring Amitabh Bachchan,” he revealed. I utilized to train alongside the stuntmen. However, Sir Bachchan did not need to rehearse because he has been doing it his entire existence. He would accompany us once the shoot was complete. At age 72, he committed this act. His lower legs surpassed my cranium. I stand six feet tall. “It was truly incredible.”

Amitabh’s reaction

Avinash then described what transpired: “During that action sequence, I inadvertently struck him on the temple with my elbow. There is a video of it in my possession. Everyone on the set made fun of the fact that I would no longer receive any films. When I accidentally struck him, I believed my career had ended. On set, a pin-drop silence descended. However, the director did not indicate a cut, so I delivered a further strike that missed… Following the shoot, I approached him to apologize. He confirmed, “You did indeed strike me on the head.” Amidst my apprehension, I addressed him with the following: “Sir, may we conduct an additional rehearsal?” He addressed each individual individually and inquired, “Kahan se laaye ho inhe” (Where did you obtain him)? “I was then instructed, ‘Let’s conduct one more rehearsal.'”
