The order on bail was reserved by the special judge M K Nagpal last week after the attorney representing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) submitted concise written submissions and judgements as directed by the court on the final hearing date. The CBI also submitted a case log and statements from multiple witnesses.

Sisodia argued in his bail application that keeping him in detention would serve no useful purpose since all case-related deliveries have already been made.
