Parents sometimes fight hard to keep their children safe. If they were in danger, they might even put their own lives at risk. Two porcupines used their quills and sharp spines to defend their young from a leopard. The video is going viral on social media because it shows how protective parents can be.

The Indian Administrative Service officer Supriya Sahu shared a video of two baby porcupines and their parents walking along a paved road. A leopard comes over and aims for the babies. The adults, though, stand together to protect the young ones. The big cat follows them around and tries to catch them, but fails. One of the porcupines is seen charging furiously at the leopard, but the leopard is too fast for it.

The Tamil Nadu Additional Chief Secretary for Environment, Climate Change, and Forests, Sahu, wrote in a funny tweet that it was “Z class security.” “Porcupine parents give their baby Z-class protection from a leopard by fighting bravely and stopping the leopard every time it tries to touch the baby. The most amazing A young porcupine is called a “porcupette,” by the way. “Unknown person shared a video on SM,” Sahu tweeted.

Since Friday, when it was posted, the video has been seen more than 2,249,000 times on Twitter. People on the Internet were amazed by how fiercely porcupines defended their young, and some wondered what happened at the end. A user said, “Wow, what an amazing share!!
