The enthusiasm that Sadhguru has always had for motorcycling is still there, just as strong as it was when he was in college. He reflected on the many occasions when his motorcycle fulfilled functions beyond those of a mere conveyance.

This past year, Sadhguru, who is the leader of the Save Soil Movement, embarked on a grueling 100-day, 30,000-kilometer lone motorcycle journey from London to southern India. He traveled through 27 countries across Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and India in an effort to raise public awareness and garner support for nations to implement soil-friendly policies.

Sadhguru also signed a helmet that was addressed to the team that organized the Moto GP Bharat event. On the helmet, he wrote a touching statement that said, “Four wheels for comfort, two wheels for the joy of life! “May you travel safely, Sadhguru”

Biking aficionados and sports fans alike are getting more and more excited as the opening ceremony creeps closer and closer. The presence of Sadhguru is certain to bring a fresh perspective to the occasion, illuminating the convergence of disparate interests and a common dedication to the improvement of the state of the world.
