The individual claimed to be from “a different planet” upon his arrest.
According to Media reporting, a male in his forties was taken into custody in Palm Beach, Florida, after witnesses saw him strolling around town without any clothes on. The individual asserted, upon being taken into custody, that he originates from a “different Planet.”
On March 8, an employee from Taboo contacted the police to report a white male who was strolling past the store naked while in plain view at the 200 block of Worth Avenue. The incident was reported after the man was seen by the employee. When the police arrived at the scene, they confronted the man, who was seen strolling without clothing and exposing his genitals to the public. The officers were concerned that the man might be a threat to public safety.
He informed the officers that he had no idea where he had put his clothes, and he also declined to provide his name or birth date.
The suspect was then taken into custody and questioned at the Palm Beach Police Department, where he continued to deny that he was the perpetrator of the crime. Even more, he asserted that he did not have a social security number or an identification certificate from any jurisdiction in the country. Later, his name was determined to be Jason Smith.
According to a report that was obtained by WPEC, an arrest record indicates that Mr. Smith reportedly informed the police that he resided on a “different earth.” He subsequently informed the officers that his home was located in West Palm Beach.
According to the online detention records of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Smith was eventually charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. All three of these offences are felonies.

Levi Sholing informed the authorities, after he had been detained, that he believed the host of the Airbnb he was staying at was responsible.
