Baby in a Pod: Have you ever imagined ‘producing’ a baby in a factory? Means children should be born in a factory..otherwise it is possible now. Yes.. In reality it is possible now. For the first time in the world, a report has been released regarding the baby making factory. Let us know in detail what is the whole matter…
EctoLife will now become the world’s first artificial insemination facility. This is a boon for those parents who are unable to have children. According to the EctoLife website, the concept is the brainchild of Berlin-based Hashem Al-Ghaili. Hashem Al-Ghaili is a producer, filmmaker and scientist by profession.
Let us now know what is ‘artificial pregnancy facility’?
A lot of information is available in the report of Mirror.UK regarding artificial pregnancy. Al-Ghaili has said about the artificial womb that it will become a reality in the next 10 years. He said that this is possible only when all kinds of moral restrictions are removed. He further said that this concept is 100 percent based on science. A prototype is yet to be made combining all the features in one device. “If the ethical restrictions are relaxed, I predict it will be 10 to 15 years before Actolife is in widespread use everywhere,” he added.
How will children be made
About 30,000 children a year will be developed in one of the transparent “growth pods”. The ActoLife facility will run on renewable energy and a target has been set to build 75 such laboratories. 400 groch pods i.e. artificial uterus will be kept in a laboratory, from which children will be produced. These pods have been designed to provide an environment similar to the environment present in the mother’s womb.
The growth of the child will be monitored in the pod through a screen. Hashem al-Ghaili said that, at the time of delivery, the child could be removed from the pod by “a light push through a button”. She added, “Actolife offers you a safe, pain-free childbirth option, helping you deliver your baby without stress.
Hashem Al-Ghailya further says that after the amniotic liquid flows from the artificial womb, you will be able to easily remove your baby from the growth pod. The color can also select the skin tone.
