New revelations are now happening in Delhi’s Kanjhawala hit and run case. In the investigation, the police have come to know that the victim was accompanied by her friend on the scooty. After the collision, the deceased got trapped in the car and was dragged for 12 kms. The matter of dragging the first 4 km was coming to the fore. The other girl who was in the scooty fled from the spot after the accident. He too has minor injuries. Police will record his statement today.
Police made this disclosure on the basis of CCTV footage in front of a hotel in Rohini area. In this the deceased is seen conversing with her friend. After this both of them leave on scooty. Meanwhile, the employee of that hotel told that her friend had accompanied the victim. Both had booked a room by giving documents. Some boys also came, they booked a separate room. After this went to the girls room and stayed there for about 5 minutes.
The hotel staff told that the sound of fighting was coming from the room and they were abusing each other. Our manager told everyone not to quarrel. After this both the girls left fighting. She also fought outside the hotel for a long time, which was recorded in the CCTV. The footage was given to the police last evening.

This incident took place in Kanjhawala area at around 2 pm on December 31. A 20-year-old girl was hit by five youths in a car. After the accident, the youth fled with the car. The girl remained trapped under the car. According to the police, he died on the spot. All the five youths have been arrested. Blood samples of all these have been sent for examination, so that it can be known whether they were intoxicated or not. The last rites of the deceased can be held on Tuesday.

All accused on police remand
The court on Monday sent the five accused Manoj Mittal, Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishna and Mithun on police remand for three days. According to Delhi Police, Deepak Khanna was driving the car during the accident. Among them, Manoj Mittal is said to be the leader of the BJP.
