El Chapito, a 14-Year-Old Boy, is Arrested for Drug-Related Murders in Mexico

A 14-year-old boy has been caught, The boy’s name is not known to the world, but he is called “El Chapito.”

In Mexico, eight people were killed because of drugs, and a 14-year-old boy has been caught. The boy’s name is not known to the world, but he is called “El Chapito.”
The News Agency says that the boy got this name because of the drug boss Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, who is in jail. The boy was taken into custody near Mexico City, according to the government Department of Public Safety.

The news source also said that on January 22, eight of the victims were killed when the boy came to their homes on a motorbike and started shooting. This part of Chimalhuacan is a low-income neighbourhood.

In addition to the eight people who died, two children and five adults were also hurt. A second person was taken into custody, and seven more gang members were taken into custody for drug crimes. The public hasn’t been told what led to the killing.

The news comes just a few days after a criminal group in Mexico was forced to say sorry for killing two of the four Americans they had taken hostage.

Two of the four Americans were already dead when they were found on the edge of the city. A Reuters reporter saw Mexican officials give the bodies of Shaeed Woodard and Zindell Brown to US officials in Matamoros. The bodies were then taken across the border into the US.

A government document that was seen by Reuters suggested that the kidnappings were likely done by a part of Mexico’s Gulf Cartel. The shooters may have thought that the Americans were coming onto the gang’s territory.

Photos of a letter from a different part of the cartel were shared in Mexican newspapers and on social media. In the letter, the gang apologised for what happened in Matamoros and said it was giving over five people who were involved in the kidnappings.
