Rahul Gandhi criticised the Narendra Modi administration on Monday over the “Agniveer” programme, alleging that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the ministry of home affairs forced it upon the Army. “How come the President’s address only made one mention of the Agniveer Yojana? There was no mention of unemployment or inflation in the speech.
