Four family members committed suicide in Hyderabad: Police

Saturday, four family members allegedly committed suicide by ingesting poison in their apartment in the Kushaiguda neighborhood of Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Saturday, police reported that four family members allegedly committed suicide by ingesting poison in their apartment in the Kushaiguda neighborhood of Hyderabad.
Satish, his wife Vedha, and their two children Nishiketh (9) and Nihal were identified as the deceased. (5).

It is believed that the incident occurred on Friday evening, but the police only learned of it on Saturday afternoon, according to officials.

After obtaining information, the police arrived on the site and filed a report.

“A father, mother, and their two children committed suicide by ingesting an unknown substance in the Kandiguda region. Initial inquiries revealed that both minors were experiencing health-related issues. (mentally unsound). Despite receiving treatment, the infants were not recovering. Due to parental melancholy, the entire family committed suicide. It is believed that they passed away last night, but we only received the news today around 2:00 p.m. The deceased are identified as Satish, Vedha, Nishiket, and Nihal, according to Inspector P. Venkateshwarlu of the Kushaiguda Police Station.

He added that the corpses of the deceased have been transferred to the morgue.

“The PME is not yet complete. “The dead bodies have been transferred to the morgue,” he said, adding that no report has been filed regarding the incident.

Currently, an investigation is being conducted.
