However, despite our efforts, tension continues to bring us to the dark side. But we do not belong there. Our lives deserve to be happy, stress-free, and at ease. If you dislike running, you can take a high-intensity martial arts class in which you release your tension by punching a punching bag or tackling a classmate. If you’d rather not do that, you can also dance in your living room while following YouTube dance exercises. Not only does this aid in relieving stress, but it is also excellent for your physical and mental health and reduces your risk of cardiac disease. These activities will leave you feeling so energized that nothing can bring you down. That’s the way to alleviate stress!
18. Cosy up
