Nagaland Election Result 2023: The Nagaland assembly election was held on February 27 and March 1, and vote counting will commence at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday. Even though the northeastern state has 60 assembly segments, only 59 were voted on because a BJP candidate was unopposed in his constituency prior to the election.

To form the government, BJP resorted to the newly formed Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party, which had won 18 seats.
