Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal recently stated that she resigned from Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma in March and accused producer Asit Modi of sexual harassment. Now, the actor has attacked Mandar Chandwadkar, who portrays Atmaram Tukaram Bhide on the program. She criticized him for supporting Asit Modi and explained why he did so. Jennifer portrayed Anjali, Roshan Sodhi’s wife, on Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah. She recently claimed that producer Asit Modi flirted with her and’made sexual advances’ on multiple occasions. Now that she has addressed one of her co-stars’ support for Asit, she has stated that she could care less about him.
“He (Mandar Chandwadkar) is a male too. What will he say when he is a man himself? He will comply with Asit Kumarr Modi’s instructions. Anything. The co-star who called me yesterday also verbally assaulted Mandar for more than forty-five minutes. ‘Sa*** yeh kaise palat gaya (How did he turn)’. I responded, ‘I do not care’. Allow him to do whatever he pleases. I do not care. Everyone is aware of the reason he is with Asit Kumarr Modi. Jennifer Mistry said in an interview with News18 Showsha, “He only works for Asit Kumarr Modi.”

When asked if any of her other co-stars have contacted her in response to her allegations against Asit Modi, Jennifer responded, “A couple of them called a few days ago. When I told them I had lodged a complaint, they were taken aback. It impacts the livelihood of so many individuals. I informed them that I am doing nothing. I have no interest in the show’s cancellation. 200 individuals labor there. Whatever occurs is a result of the producer’s actions. Only one of my co-stars reached out to me yesterday (11 May). I do not wish to identify him. He was astonished. I conversed with him for 1.5 hours. He repeatedly assured me that I had made the correct decision.
Sohil Ramani, the project director of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, told Hindustan Times that the production house had terminated Jennifer’s contract three months prior in response to her allegations. “She has been working with us for 15 years, during which time there have been numerous ups and downs. We have ignored her characteristics, such as causing discord among others, arriving two hours late for the filming, and causing confusion. We have a substantial amount of evidence against her,” he stated.
