A man from Rajasthan issued a new death threat against Salman Khan. The Mumbai Police Department has opened an investigation into the incident.
Once again, Salman Khan has received a death threat, this time from an individual in Rajasthan. According to Mumbai Police, the man endangered the actor’s life on April 30. Currently, an investigation is being conducted. The threat purportedly occurred on the same day Salman and the cast of his upcoming film attended the trailer launch event for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in Mumbai.
This is not the first time Salman has been threatened with murder. A 21-year-old man was detained last month for sending threatening mail to Salman. A court in Mumbai had placed the accused in police custody.
“In a call received yesterday by the Police Control Room, a man identifying himself as Roki Bhai from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, threatened to murder actor Salman Khan on April 30. “Further investigation is underway,”media reported on Tuesday, citing the Mumbai Police Department.
The police were also quoted by media as saying, “The caller who called the Mumbai Police Control to threaten actor Salman Khan has been arrested.” Minor is the caller who made the threat call. This call lacks any level of sincerity. Further investigation is underway.”
Dhakadram Ramlal Siyag was arrested in March by a Bandra Police team from Jodhpur after an investigation into the threat email revealed that it was sent from his mobile phone, according to a police official speaking to media. “According to our investigation, he also sent a threatening letter to the deceased singer’s father. In this regard, a case has been opened at the Mansa police station in Punjab. Siyag also has an Arms Act case filed against him at the Sardarpura police station, according to the official quoted by media.
“We will investigate whether he played any role in prior threats received by (Salman) Khan, including a case filed in 2022 against gangsters Goldy Brar, Lawrence Bishnoi, and others,” he said. Lawrence and Goldy are allegedly the masterminds behind the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala, also known as Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, in the Mansa district of Punjab in May of last year.
The police report was filed at the Bandra station. The accused is said to have sent Salman a threatening email stating that he will “end up like Sidhu Moosa Wala.” In March, the Mumbai Police charged Lawrence, Goldie, and Rohit Garg with sending threatening emails to Salman’s office. Bandra Police filed a complaint under IPC sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34.
