I believe this is where I met Shakuntala. She endured the worst adversities but did so with such poise and dignity." In October 2021, Samantha announced her separation from Naga Chaitanya. On social media, she had written, "To all our well-wishers. After much deliberation and consideration, Chay and I have decided to separate as husband and wife in order to pursue our individual goals. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that formed the foundation of our relationship and, as far as we are concerned, will always retain a unique connection between us.
