After the closure of the Ashram flyover in Delhi, people traveling from Noida to Delhi and from Delhi to Noida are facing traffic jam. This trend continued on Wednesday as well. Where in the evening there was a jam of several kilometers. Here on the Chilla border connecting Delhi to Noida, the drivers had to struggle in a long jam. At the same time, the traffic policemen were also absent on the spot.
There is a huge jam on the route going to Delhi from Delhi-Noida Chilla border to Noida Mahamaya flyover. Vehicles were seen crawling in about 4-5 kilometer long jam. Meanwhile, no traffic policeman was shown. Actually, the Ashram flyover has been closed since January 1 due to construction. Due to which the traffic going on this route has been diverted towards Noida 14-e-Chilla border. Due to which there is a huge jam on the Chilla border.
At the same time, a large number of vehicles from DND are still going towards Barapula and Ashram. Due to which there is more traffic pressure and people are struggling in heavy jam. People were stuck in this jam for about an hour. Here also no policeman was present to open the jam and run the vehicles smoothly.
Ashram flyover closed for one and a half months
Ashram flyover is being connected to DND flyover. For this, construction work has been started on Ashram flyover from 1st date. In such a situation, the Ashram flyover will remain closed for one and a half months. In such a situation, an advisory was issued by the traffic police that to extend the Ashram flyover to the new DND flyover, both the carriage-ways of the Ashram flyover road would be closed from January 1 due to the construction of the connecting road. However, during this time both the carriage-ways of the Ring Road downstream of the flyover will be open for traffic.

People coming from Badarpur side should use Mata Mandir Marg to reach Ring Road and Sarai Kale Khan.
Commuters coming from Badarpur, Sarita Vihar and Jamia should take a U-turn towards Captain Gaur Marg, Lajpat Nagar and AIIMS.
Those coming from Chirag Delhi and IIT should use Ring Road to go to Noida.
Passengers coming from Akshardham and Noida should use Sarai Kale Khan, Bhairon Road, Mathura Road to reach AIIMS and Dhaula Kuan.
Passengers coming from AIIMS and New Delhi should take Lodhi Road, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg to reach Ring Road and Mathura Road.
Passengers coming from AIIMS and Chirag Delhi should use Lala Lajpat Rai Marg to go towards Noida and National Highway-24.
Passengers coming from AIIMS, Moolchand and Lala Lajpat Rai Marg should use Captain Marg to go towards Mathura Road, Sarita Vihar and Badarpur.
