After Harmanpreet Kaur’s departure for 37, Nat Sciver-Brunt and Melie Kerr are advancing rapidly in the pursuit for 132 against Delhi Capitals. The Mumbai Indians have lost three wickets after Radha Yadav removed Yastika Bhatia and Jess Jonassen removed Hayley Matthews. On Sunday at Brabourne Stadium, late interventions from Radha Yadav and Shikha Pandey helped Delhi Capitals score 131/9 in 20 overs against Mumbai Indians in the Women’s Premier League final. After electing to play first, the Delhi Capitals lost wickets in rapid succession after Issy Wong took three early scalps. Hayley Matthews subsequently took three more wickets. Later, Melie Kerr also claimed two wickets, but Radha and Shikha remained unbeaten with 27 runs apiece to contribute to a respectable total for their team.
