John Cena will always be thought of as one of, if not the best WWE superstar of all time. But that doesn’t take away from the fame he’s gained outside of the WWE as a movie star in recent years. Since he spent so much time in Hollywood, The Face that Runs the Place hasn’t been in the WWE very often.
John Cena has been in some of the biggest movies and TV shows in the past few years, but he has kept his roots in WWE. This is similar to what her predecessors The Rock and Batista did. Back in 2021, he joined the Fast and Furious franchise with the ninth movie. He is now getting ready for the tenth movie in the series.

In Fast X, John Cena will play Jakob Toretto again, the role he played in F9. He will join the crew after making up with his older brother Dom (Diesel). This will be the second-to-last book in the popular Fast & Furious series. As seen in the first trailer, the former WWE Champion and the rest of the cast could go up against Momoa, an old enemy who wants to tear Dom’s family apart for good.

During the Super Bowl, more trailers for the Fast X saga were shown. In the first one, the WWE veteran was in top shape and even did his finisher. He gave an armed gunman his signature “Attitude Adjustment” move through the floor of a house. This was like when Roman Reigns threw a spear at Hobbs & Shaw in 2019, a Fast & Furious spin-off.
