If you are not a local fisherman, you probably haven’t heard of Yeh Leh Beach. If you are a local fisherman, you might have heard of it. Yeh Leh does not have the powdery white sand that you would find on your dream beach and is instead located near Jembrana, right off the route that connects Denpasar with Gilimanuk. Instead, the shore is covered with thousands of stones, many of which are covered in algae or have been washed clean by the waves. These strange rocks have been polished flat over the course of hundreds of years, leaving behind very little hints as to where they came from.
Make it a point to get to this conveniently accessible beach while the water is low so that you may appreciate the gleaming rocks for all that they are worth.
