Delhi News: A case of a man allegedly showing his private part in front of a woman in a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus has come to light. Actually, a video is being shared on social media in which the marshal of the bus is making this claim. At the same time, in this case, the police said that the investigation has been started, but the woman has refused to give a statement or comment. He said that legal action will be taken after receiving the complaint.
In the video, the accused has been identified as Zakir and is seen crying after being caught by the marshals after the incident. The alleged incident took place in Rohini in North West Delhi. When bus marshal Sandeep Chhikhara asks the woman about the incident in the video, she can be heard alleging that the man showed his private part in front of her. In the video clip, Zakir can be heard saying that he is from Bihar. Lives here in Khajuri area of North East Delhi and came to Vijay Vihar to work.
The girl refused to complain
After this Marshal said, I have informed the police and the accused will be handed over to them. However, the police said that the victim refused to lodge a complaint regarding the incident. A senior police officer said that after the matter came to the notice of the police, investigation was started and the matter was assigned to a woman sub-inspector. The official said that the victim, a resident of Mandoli, was contacted, but she refused to make any statement or comment regarding the incident.
