Hemoglobin is a protein in the blood that moves oxygen around. Hemoglobin needs the mineral iron to work properly. Hemoglobin is also important for other things that happen in the body, like giving you energy and helping you focus, helping your digestive system work, keeping your immune system strong, and keeping your body temperature at the right level. We have a few healthy drinks here that can help keep your haemoglobin levels up.
Research shows that the minimum amount of iron an adult needs each day is 1.8 mg, which must be met through food. Anemia can happen if you don’t get enough iron.
Anemia can be caused by things like losing too much blood, not getting enough iron from food, or not being able to absorb enough iron from food. Meat, fish, tofu, peas, spinach, beetroot, and other foods can help keep iron levels in the body at a healthy level.
1. Beetroot Juice
Folate, manganese, potassium, iron, betaine, and vitamin C are all found in beetroot. Beetroot juice can help the liver get rid of toxins and make red blood cells work better with oxygen.
You can cut up two medium-sized beetroots, one cucumber, and an inch of ginger and put them in a juicer with a few drops of lemon juice. After putting the juice in a glass, you can strain it or drink it right away.
2. Spinach & Mint Juice
In a blender, you can mix together 4 cups of chopped spinach, 1 cup of chopped mint, and 1/2 cup of water. To improve the health benefits, you will need to strain the juice and add a few drops of lemon, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and cumin powder.
You can drink this bright green drink in the morning. This juice will be a good source of iron, as well as vitamins A and C, and other nutrients. You can also use this drink to help you lose weight.
3. Prune Juice
Dried plums or prunes are used to make prune juice. They have many nutrients that our bodies need to stay healthy. Prunes are a good source of energy, and they keep your blood sugar from going up too quickly. Research shows that 3 mg, or 17%, of the iron in a half-cup of prune juice.
You can put 5 dried prunes in 1/4 cup of water and set it aside for 15-20 minutes. You can put 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of sugar into a blender with the prunes that have been soaking. Blend it until it’s smooth, then pour it into glasses. If you want, you can add ice cubes.

4.Pumpkin Juice
Pumpkin is full of minerals and antioxidants that are good for your health as a whole. Also, pumpkin seeds have a lot of iron and are one of the best places to get it. You can also eat pumpkin seeds as a snack or add them to your smoothie to make a healthy meal.
There is no way to make pumpkin juice step by step. Just put a few pieces of chopped pumpkin in a blender and blend until the smoothie is smooth.
5. Blend of flaxseed and sesame
People have used flaxseeds for hundreds of years because they are good for your health in many ways. Flax seeds have a lot of iron, which helps make blood cells. Also, if we eat flax seeds often, they help make our bones stronger.
Sesame seeds, on the other hand, have a delicious nutty taste and are high in iron. About 1.31mg of iron and other minerals like copper, phosphorus, vitamin E, and zinc are in one tablespoon of sesame seeds.
You can mix the seeds with milk and honey until you get a thick mixture, then drink it right away.
