PM Modi virtually distributed appointment letters to 71,000 new recruits

PM Modi distributed virtual appointment letters to 71,000 new recruits at the Rashtriya Rozgar Mela on Thursday and stated that Startups have created over 40 lakh direct and indirect employment in the country.

PM Modi distributed virtual appointment letters to 71,000 new recruits at the Rashtriya Rozgar Mela on Thursday and stated that Startups have created over 40 lakh direct and indirect employment in the country.

The Prime Minister stated that the Rashtriya Rozgar Mela demonstrates the government’s dedication to elevating the spirit of young people and providing them with employment opportunities.

“More than 40 lakh direct and indirect employment have been created by startups; this demonstrates India’s resilient startup culture. Today, India has the world’s fastest-growing economy. “The New India’s policies and strategies have created new opportunities and possibilities for the country,” Prime Minister Modi stated on the occasion.

On the day of Baisakhi, the Prime Minister stated that over 70,000 youth have received government employment in various departments of the central government, and that the process of providing government jobs in NDA and BJP-ruled states is proceeding rapidly.

Yesterday, appointment letters were distributed to more than 22,000 instructors in Madhya Pradesh, he said.

Mentioning the expansion of the country’s defense industry, Prime Minister Modi stated that India has exported defense equipment worth Rs 15,000 crore.

“For decades, the prevalent view in the country was that all military equipment must be imported. We did not have faith in our nation’s manufacturers. Our government altered this strategy. Our armed forces have compiled a list of 300 equipment and armaments that will be manufactured exclusively in India. Currently, India exports defense materiel valued at Rs 15,000 crores,” he said.

The Prime Minister detailed the nation’s self-sufficiency in various sectors, including drones, and stated that young people are embracing new technologies.

“Youth in New India are becoming increasingly involved in drone fabrication and piloting. Our children have been playing with imported toys for decades. Our efforts to promote the indigenous toy industry resulted in the creation of new employment opportunities for our Yuva Shakti. The capital investment in infrastructure projects drives job creation and creates diverse opportunities for Yuva Shakti, he explained.

He praised the country’s health sector, stating that it is becoming the finest example of employment creation.

“The port industry is expanding. Additionally, the health sector is becoming the greatest example of job creation. Each infrastructure development generates employment opportunities. Agriculture has seen a rise in farm mechanisation, which has led to an increase in rural employment opportunities, he stated.

“There were 74 airports in India in 2014; there are now 148 airports. “As a result of the expansion of airports, new employment opportunities have become available,” the prime minister added.

In the meantime, the Rozgar Mela is a step towards the fulfillment of the Prime Minister’s pledge to give the utmost priority to job creation.

The Rozgar Mela is anticipated to serve as a catalyst for the creation of additional jobs and to provide meaningful opportunities for youth empowerment and participation in national development.
