The annual multilateral conference held in New Delhi will be opened by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will be the chief guest and keynote speaker at the opening session of the eighth Raisina Dialogue (MEA).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is collaborating with the Observer Research Foundation (URF) to host the event from March 2-4.

More than one hundred countries will be represented at the conference titled “Provocation, Uncertainty, Turbulence: A Lighthouse in the Storm?”
The Thursday-beginning conference will begin with an opening session from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. (IST). This will be followed by an inaugural dinner from 7:45 to 9:45 pm, at which Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra will deliver welcoming remarks.
Minister of Health and Family Welfare Mansukh Mandaviya, Senior Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency Sachiko Imoto, and Member of the Portuguese National Parliament Ricardo Baptista Leite will deliver keynote addresses.
On Thursday, from 10:20 to 11:10 p.m., a session entitled “Conversations Over Kahwa” will be led by, among others, Sanjeev Sanyal, Member, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, India, Balazs Orban, Political Director, Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister, Hungary, and Mariam Wardak, Founder, Her Afghanistan, United States.
The second day of the Raisina Dialogue will begin with ministerial remarks by V. Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External Affairs, between 9:00 and 9:10 am.
Following this will be a panel discussion from 9:10 to 9:50 a.m., the details of which have yet to be announced.
The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell Fontelles, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Melanie Joly, will moderate a second panel discussion from 9:50 to 10:40 am.
The Foreign Minister of Egypt, Sameh Hassan Shoukry Selim, will moderate a panel discussion from 11:10 to 11:50 p.m.

Friday at noon, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, and the Chairman of the Observer Research Foundation, Sunjoy Joshi, will converse.
The Sri Lankan Minister of Foreign Affairs, M. U. M. Ali Sabry, will moderate a panel discussion on the topic ‘Bytes of Promise: How Can Technology Lift Communities?’ on Friday from 4:25 to 5:15 p.m.
Saturday will begin day three of the Raisina dialogue with conversations over breakfast.
At 9:15 am, Meenakashi Lekhi, Minister of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will deliver ministerial remarks.
On Saturday, from 5:10 to 6:00 p.m., the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Gordan Grlic Radman, will moderate a panel discussion.
Foreign Secretary Vinod Mohan Kwatra will preside over a show-stopping panel discussion from 7:10 to 8:00 p.m. Following this will be a closing dinner discussion.
Over 2,500 participants would be present in person, and the proceedings would be broadcast to millions via multiple digital platforms.
Over the past eight years, the Raisina Dialogue has steadily increased in stature and visibility to become one of the most prestigious global conferences on international affairs.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met with Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong during the final edition of the Raisina Dialogue, which took place in Sydney. Jaishankar presented her with a cricket bat signed by Indian captain Rohit Sharma, while his Australian counterpart presented him with a jersey bearing his name.
