Are you ready for more Fast and Furious? Here is the trailer for the 10th Fast and the Furious movie, Fast X. In it, Brie Larson and Jason Momoa go up against Vin Diesel and his hard-driving friends.
Momoa plays the son of the main bad guy in the 2011 movie Fast Five. This is the one with the car chase in Rio where a big safe gets smashed up by cars. He’s out for revenge in this action-packed story that features many of the franchise’s biggest stars, more crazy stunts, and, for some reason, real street racing.
Fast X comes out on May 19, and the first teaser comes out just before the Super Bowl 2023, along with trailers for Scream VI, Dungeons & Dragons, and 65, among other movies.
Fast and Furious 10 has already been pushed back because COVID caused F9 to be pushed back (released in 2021). As if that wasn’t bad enough, the director of the other movies in the series, Justin Lin, quit a few days into making the new one. But he has been replaced by French director Louis Letterier, who was in charge of the action in the Transporter movies, which starred Jason Statham, who is also in Fast X. It all makes sense!).
Faces you know are present and correct: Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang. Momoa and Larson aren’t the only new faces. Michael Rooker from Guardians of the Galaxy, Daniela Melchior from The Suicide Squad, Alan Ritchson from Reacher, and Rita Moreno, who was in West Side Story, are also there. Yes, for sure.

People who have been in the franchise for a long time, like Statham, John Cena, Cardi B, Helen Mirren, Scott Eastwood, and Charlize Theron, are also said to be coming back. But not Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, who reportedly had a fight with Diesel and was probably too busy trying to get everyone to see Black Adam.
