Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will visit to South Korea for four days beginning on Tuesday to attend the annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank.
She will also address investors and participate in bilateral meetings in addition to attending the 56th Annual General Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Her busy agenda includes meetings with global economists, governors/finance ministers of ADB member nations, and bilateral engagements.
According to a press release, Sitharaman will also engage in roundtable discussions with global business executives and investors, as well as a community engagement with the diaspora.
During the visit, the finance minister will take part in the annual meeting’s central programs, such as Governors’ Business. She will also participate in the panel discussion at the ADB Governors’ Seminar entitled “Policies to Support Asia’s Rebound.”

The meetings will be attended by official delegations of ADB members, observers, non-governmental and civil society organizations, the media, financial institutions and banks, and other corporations from the private sector, according to a press release. PTI DP RAM BAL
