In Quetta, which is located in the province of Balochistan in Pakistan, there was reportedly a massive bomb explosion that caused a number of people to get injuries.
On Sunday morning, an explosion that took place close to the FC Mussa checkpoint and injured more than five individuals, as reported by the Pakistani news website Dawn.com, took occurred.
Reports from the local media indicate that the explosion took place in a safe zone close to both the headquarters of the Quetta Police Department and the entrance to the Quetta Cantonment.
The number of people who were hurt or killed is now unknown, despite the fact that videos showing the aftermath of the tragedy are becoming viral on social media.
According to Edhi worker Zeeshan Ahmed, who is coordinating the rescue operation on the spot, the injured victims have been transferred to the Civil Hospital in Quetta. This information was provided to Dawn.com.
According to him, law enforcement officers and emergency personnel have arrived at the scene, and the vicinity has been sealed off.

The explosion occurred several days after a suicide bomber from the Taliban detonated himself in a mosque packed with worshippers during afternoon prayers on Monday in the high-security zone in Pakistan’s volatile northwestern city of Peshawar. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least 100 people and the wounding of more than 150 others, the majority of whom were police officers.
