PM Modi’s North-East tour amid tensions with China in Arunachal’s Tawang.

This visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take place on Sunday (December 18). This program will be held in Shillong, Meghalaya. Home Minister Amit Shah will preside over this program.

PM Modi North East Visit: PM Modi is going to visit North East after the skirmish between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh.

This visit is on Sunday (December 18). This program will be held in Shillong, Meghalaya. Home Minister Amit Shah will preside over this program. Assam Chief Minister Hemant Vishwa Sharma, Governor and Chief Ministers of all the seven states will be present in this programme.

North East Affairs Minister G. Kishan Reddy will also participate in the Golden Jubilee programme. PM Modi’s North-East tour is being considered very important amid the tussle with China. Along with Meghalaya, PM Modi will also visit the state of Tripura. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha had informed about this on Wednesday (December 14).

PM Modi to attend party’s program in Tripura in the afternoon

Talking to reporters on Wednesday (December 14) on the sidelines of an orientation program at Pragya Bhavan in Agartala, the Chief Minister had said that PM Modi is going to visit Tripura on December 18 at around 2.30 pm. He will inaugurate many schemes. Will also meet our MLAs and attend the BJP’s state core committee meeting. The Chief Minister also told that before traveling to Tripura, PM Modi is going to attend a meeting in Meghalaya’s Shillong.
