India China Faceoff: Clash between Indo-China soldiers in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, number of Chinese soldiers among the injured

India China Faceoff: There has been a clash between the soldiers of India and China in Arunachal Pradesh. There is news of the soldiers of both the countries being injured in the skirmish. This clash took place on 9 December near Tawang. During this, Indian soldiers have given a befitting reply to China. More than 20 Chinese soldiers have been injured in the skirmish. In October 2021, there was a dispute between the soldiers of both the countries in Yangse of Arunachal Pradesh.

High-ranking army sources said that on 9 December 2022, there was a clash with PLA soldiers along the LAC in Tawang sector. Our soldiers fought bravely. In this face-to-face fight, some soldiers from both sides have suffered minor injuries. According to sources in news agency PTI, 6 soldiers have been brought to Guwahati for treatment.

More Chinese soldiers injured

Some soldiers of India have been injured in this skirmish. About 20 Chinese soldiers have been injured. Although none of the soldiers of India is serious. After this skirmish, the commanders of India have held a flag meeting with the commanders of China to restore peace. After which the soldiers of both the countries gathered behind.

Indian soldiers gave a befitting reply to Chinese soldiers when they came face to face in Tawang. The number of injured Chinese soldiers is more than that of Indian soldiers. The Chinese came fully prepared with about 300 soldiers, but the Indian soldiers were also ready. China did not expect Indian soldiers to be ready.

First major clash after Galvan

This is the first of its kind after the incident of June 15, 2020. Then 20 Indian soldiers were martyred and many others were injured in a violent clash with Chinese soldiers in the Galvan Valley of Ladakh. Many soldiers of China were also killed in this skirmish.

Face-to-face often happens in Arunachal

In Arunachal Pradesh, both sides patrol the area to the extent of their claims in some areas along the LAC in the Tawang sector. This has been the trend since 2006. Indian and Chinese soldiers often face off while patrolling in the area.

This is not the first time that there has been a face-off between Indian and Chinese soldiers in this area of Arunachal Pradesh. In October 2021, a similar incident took place when some Chinese soldiers were detained by Indian soldiers for a few hours at Yangse.
