Om Shanti Om actor Nitesh Pandey dies of suspected heart attack in a hotel.

Nitesh Pandey passed away when he was 50 years old. His body was discovered in a hotel room in Nashik, India.

In Nashik, the actor Nitesh Pandey, known for his portrayal in Om Shanti Om, passed away. Wednesday, at age 50, he perished of a heart attack, according to reports. On Twitter, the actor Gulshan Devaiah shared a photo of Nitesh and paid his respects. He penned: “Nitesh Pandey: 17 January 1973-23 May 2023″ Goodbye gentleman (folded hands emoji).”

According to ANI, Nitesh was discovered deceased in a hotel in Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra. The apparent cause of mortality appears to have been a heart attack. Currently, a police team is present at the hotel and an investigation is ongoing. The outcome of his autopsy is awaited. According to ANI, hotel staff and individuals close to him are being questioned.

The director Hansal Mehta tweeted, “Three youths. There are three actors. Died within three to four days. Rest in peace, cherished coworkers. This is such a cruel moment. Pray for their bereaved families. Aditya Singh Rajput, Vaibhavi Upadhyay, and Nitesh Pandy.”

In 1990, Nitesh launched a theatrical career. In 1995, he received his first acting role in the television program Tejas. His credits include Manzilein Apani Apani, Astitva Ek Prem Kahani, Saaya, Justajoo, and Durgesh Nandini. Alongside Shah Rukh Khan, he portrayed Anwar Sheikh (Om Kapoor’s assistant) in the 2007 film Om Shanti Om. Also a member of Khosla Ka Ghosla. Together with Sudha Chandran, Nitesh performed in Aastha and Misal Pav.

Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2002), Dabangg 2 (2012), Mickey Virus (2013), Shaadi Ke Side Effects (2014), Hunterrr (2015), Madaari (2016), Rangoon (2017), and Badhaai Do (2022), among others, featured Nitesh.

In addition to Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, he also appeared in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka, Indiawaali Maa, and Hero-Gayab Mode On. He was last seen in Anupamaa.
