Monday afternoon, a big fire broke out in the Appa pada area of the Malad East suburb. This caused smoke to pour out of a slum. A number of videos of the fire have been shared on social media.
A fire brigade official, on the other hand, said that no one has been hurt or killed so far.

 

He said that the level 3 (major) fire had spread to the Appa Pada slums and that people were working to put out the fire.

The official said that firefighters were using fire trucks, big water tankers, and other tools to put out the fire.

Around 11 am, a fire broke out at a furniture warehouse in Ghas Compound, which is across from the gas station on Relief Road in Jogeshwari (W).

Officers from the fire brigade rushed to the scene in Jogeshwari and are now trying to put out the fire. There were no reports of injuries.

At 11:21 a.m., a level 3 fire was reported, according to the fire brigade.

“The Mumbai Fire brigade got a call about a fire in a furniture warehouse. There are no reports of anyone getting hurt, “said someone from BMC.
