Rajnath Singh said that PM Modi’s mother passed away. PM Modi told everyone that no one will cancel their programs. He has returned to Delhi after attending the funeral programme.

Modi’s eyes got moist when the mention of his

mother started.

Heeraben was born on 18 June 1922 in Mehsana, Gujarat. He was married at a young age. The husband was Damodardas Moolchand Modi, who was a tea seller in Vadnagar. He had 5 sons and 1 daughter. His children are Amrit Modi, Pankaj Modi, Narendra Modi, Prahlad Modi, Soma Modi and daughter Vasanti Ben Hansmukhlal Modi.

Among them, Narendra Modi is at number three. In the year 2014, Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India. Celebrated 100th birthday this year

Heeraben Modi had turned 100 this year, her 100th birthday was celebrated on 18 June 2022. Then Modi wrote a blog in the name of his mother, in which he wrote all the big stories from the birth of his mother till now. Modi wrote- “I want to share my happiness, my good fortune, with all of you. My mother, Hiraba is entering her 100th year today on June 18. That means her birth centenary year is starting. Father would have been , so last week he too would have turned 100. Last week my nephew has sent some videos of mother from Gandhinagar. Father’s picture is kept on the chair, bhajan kirtan is going on and mother is singing bhajan happily, The manjira is playing. The mother is still the same today. The energy of the body may have decreased, but the energy of the mind remains the same.”

Voted in Gujarat elections only on 5th December

Hiraben herself used to go to vote in the elections. He also voted during the Lok Sabha elections. This year, in the second phase of voting for the Gujarat Assembly Elections-2022, he cast his vote in Raisan village near Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat.
