Smriti Irani in Karnataka: Congress insulted homeland, shouldn’t vote.

Union Minister Smriti Irani said rahul Gandhi defamed the nation in the UK .Irani told that at Karnataka that the Congress leader insulted his motherland .

On Thursday, Union Minister Smriti Irani said Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi defamed the nation in the UK. Irani told the BJP’s Vijaya Sankalpa Yatra at Hubli in poll-bound Karnataka that the Congress leader insulted his motherland and that the people of this Assembly district won’t vote for his party.

We have our PM and that Gandhi family member who was beaten by Amethi. Defamed the nation abroad. “Today, the BJP pledges that the Congress, which insulted our motherland, will not get a single vote from this constituency,” smriti irani. She said leaders who shame their country abroad should be exposed and fought. The election is a war for the nation’s honour. The BJP sees our nation as our mother, but some Opposition leaders are abusing and insulting it abroad. Irani advised against such types.

At Cambridge University, Rahul Gandhi said India’s democracy was “under attack.” It’s well known that Indian democracy is under threat. “We are navigating that (Opposition) space,” Rahul said. The institutional structure needed for a democratic Parliament, free press, judiciary, mobilization, and movement is being constrained. Thus, Indian democracy is under threat.

The Congress MP’s words gave Parliament’s second Budget session more ammunition to attack him. The red party has disrupted both Houses of Parliament demanding Rahul apologise for his remark. At a news conference in Delhi, senior BJP leader and former Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad called Rahul a liar and demanded an apology for his disrespectful remarks about India. Prasad said Rahul Gandhi “criticizes” and “degrades” Indian democracy.

“Rahul routinely denigrates Indian democracy. “He must apologise for insulting Indian democracy,” Prasad said. “How long will Rahul Gandhi mislead the country and our 140 crore people?” the BJP leader asked. Rahul Gandhi has not apologised. BJP insists he repent. Congress’s incompetence and crimes prevent votes. Prasad added, “Their party leaders can’t insult India.”
