Mumbai Crime Branch : Disclosure in MBBS student missing case

The Mumbai Crime Branch has made a big disclosure in the missing case of MBBS student Sadichha Sane. The police claim that the lifeguard with whom the girl was last seen killed her. The police said that the murderer had thrown his body into the sea. Now the police has started searching for the dead body.

Police has disclosed the missing case of MBBS third year student Sadichha Sane after 14 months. Mithu Singh, the main accused in this case, has accepted his crime in the interrogation of Mumbai Crime Branch. The accused, who worked as a lifeguard, told that he killed Sadichha Sane and threw her body into the sea.

After this confession, the Crime Branch has registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC. The police is now trying to find out why he committed the murder and whether there was any wrongdoing with the student before the murder. The girl student was abducted from Bandra Bandstand in November 2021.

According to the police, on November 29, 2021, the student Sadichha had boarded the local train from Virar station at 9:58 am. He had to appear for the prelims exam that day at 2 pm at JJ Hospital. She first got down at Andheri and from there took another local train to Bandra. Here she took an auto to Bandstand.

The first lifeguard told this story

In the investigation, the police came to know from the location of her mobile phone that she kept roaming in the same area till noon. According to the police, the accused told that on that day his duty was at Bandra Bandstand. Sadichha was alone. She was going towards the sea, so he suspected that she might commit suicide, so he followed her.

After this the student said that she is not going to die by suicide. After this both started talking to each other. They sat on a rock in the bandstand till about 3:30 in the morning. Mithu Singh said that after taking some selfies there, he left from there.

Investigation was going on in the first kidnapping case

Police told that after this they got information about the missing of a girl student, then when they interrogated the suspect in custody, he told that he confessed to talking to the girl. After this, the police started investigation by registering a case against the accused under sections 363 (kidnapping) and 364 (E) (kidnapping for ransom) of the IPC. However, later he confessed to the murder.
