Yogi Adityanath says two crore youngsters in Uttar Pradesh to be connected with employment in three-four years

Yogi Adityanath says the government has also started CM Apprenticeship Training with which 7.5 lakh (750,000) youths of the state will be connected.

On Sunday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced that the state government was conducting a Mission Rozgar campaign through which over two crore (20 million) youths of Uttar Pradesh will obtain employment in various sectors over the next three to four years.

He was speaking at the conclusion ceremony of the two-day “Lucknow Kaushal Mahotsav,” which was organised by the National Skill Development Mission and the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Yogi Adityanath stated that the government has also initiated CM Apprenticeship Training, which will connect 7,500,000 state youths.

Under the apprenticeship programme, the government and industry will each provide half of the stipend to university and college students, as stated by the chief minister. He stated that they will be connected to experiential labour and new training.

“The participation of 112 enterprises in this festival demonstrates our potential. “The initiative to link tens of thousands of adolescents with employment and employment opportunities is related to the campaign to link Uttar Pradesh’s scale with skill,” he remarked.

According to him, the National Skill Development Mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a new identity, platform, and flight to the aspirations of millions of young people across the nation.

Through the PM Skill Development Mission, the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, and the Shram and Seva Yojana, the state government has trained 16 lakh (1.6 million) youths in the past six years, according to the state’s chief minister.

He praised defence minister Rajnath Singh for encouraging youth employment and BJP leader Neeraj Singh for his efforts.

“Only a few days ago, our administration entered into an agreement with Tata Technology to provide skill development to the youth of Uttar Pradesh. This will provide 35,000 adolescents with on-the-job and apprenticeship training. Now, our adolescents will be able to find employment in their villages and districts, eliminating the need for them to migrate. According to the vision of Prime Minister Modi, Uttar Pradesh will be able to fulfil its duty as the country’s economic growth engine,” the chief minister stated.

He stated that former Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee had given India a vision. He said that he had given the country the concept of the Golden Quadrilateral and that the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana had provided improved connectivity to the villages.

“At that time, farming had become a business of loss. During the novel coronavirus pandemic, agriculture was the only industry that flourished and became a source of global strength. It not only prevented global famine, but also aided in attaining economic independence. This was possible because every village had connectivity and farmers could readily transport their produce to market, he explained.

CM Yogi stated that former President Dr. Abdul Kalam had given the nation Vision 2020, adding that the country was moving forward with this vision and its positive results were readily apparent today.

“As a consequence of Vision 2020, when India celebrated its Independence Day in 2022, it assumed the presidency of the G20 nations with the most resources, businesses, GDP, and patents. This demonstrates India’s strength and influence,” added the chief minister.

He stated that in 1965, when a 17-year-old demonstrated a computer for the first time and discussed Artificial and Organic Intelligence, people questioned whether this was even conceivable, whereas today, universities around the world are making advances in Artificial Intelligence.
