What are the rules during landing in the plane?

At the same time, when the speed of the aircraft reaches 296 kilometers per hour, then the landing gears are opened. At this time, it is necessary to open the flaps of any aircraft at 15 degrees. And when the speed reaches 277 kmph, the flaps open up to 30 degrees. Now according to Pandey, when the plane of Yeti airline had reached this low, its flaps were open only at 15 degrees.
