Business Insider has now revealed the pay of Google employees, revealing that in 2022, the employees received a median total remuneration of $279,802, which, when converted to Indian rupees, came to Rs 2.30 crore.
According to the claimed source, the company’s pay structure for various roles is disclosed in an internal spreadsheet that is distributed to Google employees. Notably, Google’s highest paid employees are software engineers, with a maximum base pay of $718,000 in 2022. Over 12,000 US workers’ personal information is included in the material, which is taken from an internal spreadsheet.

Software engineers, business analysts, salespeople, and other positions are on the list. According to the stolen data, up to 10 of Google’s highest-paying engineering, business, and sales employees have base incomes of six figures.

The list also contains Programme Manager (2.46 crore), Research Scientist (2.53 crore), Cloud Sales (2.47 crore), and Government Affairs & Public Policy (2.56 crore).
It is crucial to keep in mind that the data only includes full-time US employees and excludes pay from Alphabet’s other businesses. Additionally, only a small number of persons disclosed information for the statistics since not all employees felt comfortable disclosing their bonus and equity information.
