Anushka Sharma was seen cheering for Virat Kohli during the RCB vs. CSK match, but was overwhelmed by the crowd’s love for Dhoni

Anushka Sharma was present at the stadium on Monday to support her husband Virat Kohli’s IPL team, RCB, as they took on MS Dhoni’s CSK. Several photographs of Anushka viewing the game and reacting during pivotal moments have now been published online.

The match took place at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where CSK defeated RCB in an exciting contest. Anushka was observed seated with RCB supporters in the stands. She was also overawed by the crowd’s support for MS Dhoni when he stepped up to bat for CSK. She appeared to say in a video shared on social media, as Dhoni marked his guard, “They love him.” Additionally, she was seen applauding in one of the photographs.

In pursuit of an enormous target of 227, RCB suffered early setbacks when Virat Kohli and Mahipal Lomror were dismissed. This past weekend in the same stadium, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Delhi Capitals by 23 runs. Anushka revealed after the game how she and Virat celebrated his half-century. She posted a photo of them on Instagram in which they appeared relaxed and content. The caption reads, “Post-match drinks session sparkling water…we party hard(er).”

In her subsequent film, Anushka will also play a cricketer. She has already completed filming for Chakda Xpress, in which she portrays the legendary Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film’s official release date is still unknown. It will become available on Netflix. Her sibling Karnesh Sharma produces it through his home production company Clean Slate Filmz.

She stated in a recent interview that she will only do films if they are truly worthwhile. She told Grazia magazine in an interview following the conclusion of Chakda Xpress, “I am willing to do more films, but only if they are worth my time and make sense.” I’m not interested in making movies just to stay relevant. I am very unambiguous on that point.”
