Unquestionably, the highlight of the 63rd Filmfare Awards was Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh’s amicable banter! From Ranveer yelling “marry me, Shah Rukh” to the Bollywood superstar questioning Ranveer’s eccentric fashion sense, the pair’s playful exchanges generated many chuckles. However, the most entertaining interaction occurred when King Khan’schooled’ Ranveer for dragging personal and romantic issues to the stage.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh made everyone laugh with their jokes at the 2018 Filmfare Awards, specifically the one involving Deepika Padukone! At the prestigious event, the beauty queen Manushi Chhillar had also joined the two on stage. The iconic Aankhon Mein Teri Ajab Si from SRK and Deepika’s 2007 film Om Shanti Om played in the background during her spectacular entrance. Ranveer made everyone in the room laugh, with the exception of SRK, when he joked that only special individuals make entrances to this song.

Schooling the Gully Boy actor immediately, King Khan said, “Bhai tu apne personal, romantic problems yaha pe mat dal,” before adding, “Mai isko babta du, jab maine yeh Deepika ke saath kiya tha tu paida bhi nahi hua tha!” Ranveer could only respond with laughter to the Bollywood Badshah’s witty rejoinder!

Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Atlee’s Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, following the success of his comeback film Pathaan, which broke numerous box office records. In addition, the Bollywood superstar will make a cameo in Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif’s eagerly anticipated Tiger 3.
In the meantime, Ranveer Singh will appear alongside Alia Bhatt in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The romantic comedy is scheduled to reach theaters on July 28 of this year and also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi.
