An official from the United States Navy informed Fox News that in response to an unprecedented attack on Israel by Hamas, the United States Navy is bringing its warships and aircraft into closer proximity to Israel. This comes as Vice President Joe Biden of the United States affirmed Israel’s right to defend itself. At this point, the unexpected attack on Saturday has claimed the lives of at least 600 Israelis and injured at least 2,000 more.
According to the White House, Joe Biden issued an order for “additional support” for Israel, but they did not provide any further details.
