PM Narendra Modi visited ‘Devbhoomi’ in Uttarakhand on Thursday, where he offers prayers and performed a puja at Parvati Kund in Pithoragarh.
Prime Minister Modi additionally beseeched the sacred Adi-Kailash for blessings at his place of residence, a location renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and spiritual significance.
Previously, Modi stated in an X post, “Our administration is dedicated to the rapid development of the state and the well-being of every individual residing in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. In order to expedite the process, I shall formally commence and sign the foundation stones for a number of initiatives in Pithoragarh.”

“Moreover, I will have the privilege of engaging in conversation with the inhabitants of Gunji village.” “A darshan of the spiritually significant Parvati Kund and a puja at Jageshwar Dham are two additional highlights of the tour that I eagerly anticipate,” he added.
Alongside the Army, ITBP, and BRO, he is also scheduled to visit Gunji village to engage in conversation with the local populace.
Following his supplications to Lord Shiva at the Jageshwar Dham, he will deliver a speech at the Pithoragarh public assembly.
Additionally, he will engage in discussions with Army, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and Border Roads Organisation (BRO) personnel. The Prime Minister will arrive in Jageshwar, Almora district, at approximately 12 noon, where he will conduct a darshan and pooja at Jageshwar Dham. “Situated at an approximate elevation of 6200 feet, the Jageshwar Dham is comprised of 224 stone temples,” a PMO statement read.

Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to inaugurate a variety of development initiatives, which will collectively require an investment of approximately 4,200 crore rupees.
