CSK VS GT FINAL: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Gujarat Titans (GT) will play in the highly anticipated final of the Indian Premier League 2023 on May 28 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Friday, in the second qualifying match against Mumbai Indians, GT batted first after losing the toss. Shubman Gill achieved his third century of the season to surpass Faf du Plessis as the tournament’s leading run scorer. He scored 129 runs at a phenomenal strike rate of 215 and helped GT score 233 runs while losing three wickets. MI lost three wickets during the PowerPlay in their reply. Tilak Varma, Cameron Green, and Suryakumar Yadav, however, supplied stability to the innings. After Suryakumar was dismissed in the fifteenth over, the other batsmen were helpless. MI were dismissed for 171 runs in 18.2 overs, resulting in a loss by 62 runs.
