PM Modi Review Meeting on Corona: After the new variant Omicron BF.7 (Omicron BF.7) of Corona has once again appeared in the country, there has been an atmosphere of panic. The central government is looking completely cautious. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself is going to hold a review meeting on Thursday (December 22) regarding Corona. During the high level meeting, PM Modi will talk about the preparations related to Corona.

The Central Government has given special guidelines regarding the passengers coming from abroad to prevent infection with the new variant of Corona. Random sampling of passengers coming from abroad has been started at airports across the country.

PM Modi will review the situation and related aspects related to Kovid-19 in the country in a high-level meeting on Thursday afternoon. Earlier on Wednesday, the Health Minister also held a meeting with the officials. While advising the people regarding the transition from the new variant of Omicron, the Central Government has said that there is no need to panic. People have been advised to wear masks along with maintaining social distance in crowded areas. Along with this, instructions have been given to send samples of corona positive to INSACOG genome sequencing lab.

Narendra Modi’s government is alert in view of the rapidly increasing cases of corona infection in many countries including China. After the emergence of new variants of Coronavirus in the country, the government has started making efforts to prevent its menace in time. Necessary tests are being done regarding this. At the same time, the governments of the states are also looking very cautious. Significantly, in October-November, three patients infected with BF.7 and BF.12 variants of Omicron were reported in Gujarat and Odisha.
